Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Cateyes Events & Research Pvt. Ltd. (“we,” “our,” “us”), we value the trust our clients place in us. Since our services involve event planning, branding, fabrication, and research, considerable time, resources, and commitments are made in advance. Therefore, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:


1. Cancellations

  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Cancellation charges will apply as per the stage of project execution:
  • Before project initiation / planning stage – Up to 10% of the total agreed amount may be deducted.
  • After resource allocation / bookings made – Up to 50% of the total agreed amount may be deducted (including third-party costs).
  • After fabrication/production or within 7 days of the event dateNo refund will be possible.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only in cases where services cannot be delivered due to reasons directly attributable to us.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be credited within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
  • Non-refundable costs (such as venue bookings, vendor advances, printing, material procurement, or third-party charges) will be deducted before issuing a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Consultancy, design, research, and creative services already delivered are non-refundable.
  • Any digital/branding materials once shared with the client are considered final and non-refundable.

4. Postponements

  • If a project or event is postponed by the client, we will make every effort to adjust timelines.
  • Any additional costs incurred due to postponement (venue re-booking, vendor rescheduling, storage, etc.) will be charged to the client.
