- Quotations, proposals, and contracts shared are valid only for the duration specified.
- Services commence only after acceptance of the proposal and receipt of advance payment (if applicable).
3. Payments
- Payments must be made as per the terms agreed in the invoice/proposal.
- Delay in payments may lead to suspension of work or additional charges.
- All taxes (GST or others) will be applied as per government regulations.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be communicated in writing.
- In case of cancellation after booking confirmation:
- 10–30% of the agreed amount may be deducted (depending on project stage).
- Any non-refundable expenses already incurred (venue booking, material purchases, third-party costs) will be charged in full.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate information, approvals, and required content on time.
- Any delay from the client’s side may affect timelines and deliverables.
- Clients are responsible for any permits, licenses, or permissions required for their events, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Use of Website
- All content, images, logos, and materials on www.cateyes.in are the property of Cateyes Events & Research Pvt. Ltd.
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
- While we strive for the best outcomes, we are not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party vendors, force majeure events, natural calamities, or government restrictions.
- Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
8. Privacy
- Any client data or project-related information shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for the agreed services.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
